  Extremely courteous and reasonably priced. Great team of guys who were very meticulous in their cleanup after completing tree trimming job. Tree looked beautiful after pruning and trimming. Would recommend Beaver Jack, LLC for tree pruning/trimming services.

  I utilized ********************* to remove (2) 75 foot pin oak trees and ultimately effectively grind the stumps to soil level for further effective landscaping. Having faith in the company with other reviews and also that the total contract cost almost ensured me that the project would be completed in superb fashion. Well, the answer is far from what my wife and I expected. After successfully felling both trees in late fall, wood chips remained throughout our property along with massive caverns created by large sections of each tree. I, subsequently, was required to rake and blow chips that entirely covered my front lawn and further used massive amounts of top soil to fill the gaping holes. What transpired later compelled me to write this review. Waiting at least (2) months, I contacted ********************* and questioned when grinding would occur. If it was not for my call, I do not believe the firm would have arranged for grinding until the spring even though I was given confirmation that grinding would be completed during the winter months. After multiple calls from my wife and me, a young novice staff member began grinding with a small inadequate grinder, because the larger grinder was inoperable. His work required (2) days with no chip blower and utilized rake to clean chips which was performed inadequately requiring me to blow our property once again. His work on (1) tree was never completed, and he either was fired or willingly curtailed his employment with *********************. Needless to say, multiple calls were generated to the firm to completion of the 1st tree. 1. Many calls brought 2 men to complete work 2. Work was inadequate with chips everywhere and mounds needing to be leveled 3. Cleaning revealed very poor grinding and 15 wheel ****** loads removed by me 4. Crew returned and ground again 5. Work raking and blowing revealed more inadequate grinding 6. I am using another landscaping firm to complete the necessary grinding for further landscaping

  ******************** I would like to thank you for opportunity to meet with you on your property and discuss the concerns that you have had. During the assessment of the ***** grinding service we have agreed that the stumps needed to be ground lower in certain areas, mainly in the area where the gas service line was marked from the 811 call that we initiated before service. After making a call to the gas company we did find out that the line was deep enough that we could grind that section of the ***** lower than our original attempt.After sending the crew out last Sunday 4/30 they informed me that everything went well and they were finished with the project. On Monday 5/1 I stopped at your residence to ensure that the service was performed to our standards and followed up with a phone call to you. During our conversation you stated that you were very pleased with our crew and happy that we were able to make this right. ******************** I want to thank you again for your patience and willingness to work together in a professional manner.
