    Told Ike T***** owner of Keystone tree service!!! On the day of service over the phone at 6:30 am 5/31/22 not to come because I had no money !! For cutting one tree service !!! He persisted to deny my concern stating that he didn’t need the money !!! and can wait until end of 8/2022 !! That my possible FHA refi will come thru!! When he showed up anyway 9:30 am with crew I looked at him in the eye again reinforced my denial I don’t have money the only way I will allow the work if I qualify for a FHA refi and had to wait till 8/2022 to apply ! On 10/6/22022 FHA lender denied my loan!!! So persisted to say he is ok and can wait because he had a lot of work and didn’t need the money!!!! ! This man wouldn’t take no for answer so we shook hands under this agreement!! Now on 6/10 started calling and me leaving messages harassing he needs cash ASAP and showed up to house when I wasn’t home! At time I called left voicemail telling I told you I didn’t have money. ! He then started to send young crew members using his car black Chevy equinox to my house wanting to repo my truck that he was from a bank ! I filed to police reports with Poconos police !! Do not hire this guy he is a scam artist and liar! What owner does work knowing he perhaps won’t get paid I believed in our agreement ! And how I regretted also cut trees that didn’t to be cut and my neighbors as well. ! She told him she don’t have money to cut the tree !!! He then Ike told her oh no worries it’s on the House!! Now he is suing for a price I didn’t even agree on! No written contract s or invoice on 10/1/2022 he sent first one for amount never discussed!! There’s a God up there and I know this is the truth!!
