    I ordered 120 custom t-shirts on 07/05/2023 and paid $1498.50. When the t-shirts arrived on 07/12/2023 the shirts were the incorrect design color on 7 of the youth shirts and there were white spots on many of the adult shirts where a colored design should be. I only asked that 18 of the adult shirts be replaced as not all of the white spots were that noticeable. I was told they could provide me with a 10% refund however I told them I wanted the shirts corrected because I needed them for a family reunion event. I was then told I could repurchase the 25 shirts and they could provide me with a 75% discount. I asked if they could provide the 10% refund as well as the discount on the reorder to offset the cost of the shirts. I was told this was not possible and I could only do one or the other. They have offered no other solution even though they did not print my order correctly. I even sent them photos to show the messed up coloring and white spots on the shirts. Now I have to repay for the same shirts that I already paid for or have people with messed up shirts or no shirts for the event.
