    Put a deposit down on doors in SEP 2023...here we are in min APR of 2024 - still no doors. ***** has since ghosted us with not a word from him since JAN 2024 when he promised a discount and installation by the end of FEB.I've called the door manufacturer - he never even placed an order for the doors. Rest assured - we will be taking full legal action against *** and his business to have our money returned.UPDATE (OCT 2024) - Still nothing from this thief. He has offered "good faith" payments to return the money he stole from us...nothing. DO NOT ever use this company or you'll end up a victim of larceny.

    BUYER BEWARE!! ***** will take your money and never order your windows/doors!! ***** was very pleasant during the buying experience. Never pushy and very responsive. Once I gave him the down payment I never heard from him. Having to follow-up 4-5 times for him to respond. His reasons on why the doors could not be installed were: manufacturer was delayed, his worker got sick, difficulties of other installations pushed our installation out, etc. After multiple tries to get the doors installed, I requested a refund and gave ***** 7 days to comply. 7 days came and went. After threatening legal action and calling the authorities he said he would mail a check. The check never came. He said he would put a stop to the check and hand deliver a new check. That never happened. He then said he would credit back the credit card I had used for the down payment. That never showed up either. Called my credit card company 5 days after he said he refunded me. Credit card company did not see a credit on my account. Credit card company recommended I dispute the charge. I was able to do so and I finally got my money back!! This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I urge you to stay away from this guy.

    If i could do zero stars i would. Contacted *** in September 2023 for door replacements in the beginning ie before i gave him money he was attentive. I gave this man 6k down payment for 2 doors told will be in 6 weeks. Fast forward to late December having not heard once from him I reach out via email asking very politely for an update. Finally in late january 2024 he calls me and is quite rude that I am bothering him and tells me He will treat me like his only client. Significantly condescending when i was asking about an update on a product promised to me months before. I get a tale the company was closed and expect the doors by early march. So i very kindly say ok please let me know when they have shipped. Fastforward again its april 7 months later and he finally responds shocked that our doors were never delivered he thought they had been installed. We contacted the door company who tell us our doors had never been ordered. This so company is a scam be warned. We have asked repeatedly for our money back he claims it was mailed. Definitely not mailed

    I am not the type of person to give a negative review, but I had a really bad experience with compass windows. After ordering the windows and putting $4200 deposit down it became extremely difficult for me to actually get the windows installed and communication was nonexistent for the most part. I ended up getting a refund on my credit card which was accepted, and I’m now moving onto another company. Please be aware that while the owner of this company initially is very good at communicating. Once he has your business, he drops off the face of the earth.
