    After ordering the part that their website said will work for my machine, it arrived and did not work for the machine. The mistake was theirs because the info is unclear on their website. I returned the product on my own dime, immediately untouched, in same perfect condition and in the same packaging that it was sent in. After having to call for my refund, they only refunded me a portion of my original purchase price. After calling them, they informed me that it was an automatic restocking fee as 20% of the cost of the product. This company is a scam. I lost $40 and time because of their bad information. I will be reporting them to the ***************, and Jura Corporate for price gouging.

    This place operates under different names Jura-Parts.com, Firgun or espresso-parts.com ands its a place when you order your parts for coffee machines or your espresso machines, they will take your money for parts and will newer ship them to you, they won't respond to your emails, the phone number they provide has a massage with no option to live the voice mail After contacting PayPaL they sent my part but only one ( I've paid for 2) with no explanation why. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST this place is I scam and a joke and a shame to use Veterans slogan on there website And yes this is from there website: Support our Affiliates Espresso-Parts.com and Blue Chip Coffee run by the same people There are many complaint about this place on the BetterBusinesBureau.org and they operate under different names
