5 starsI called ******** for emergency water leak. It was a busy Friday, they were backed up but they listened to my concerns. A 40 year ols plumbing fixture with **** faucet in the kitchen sink needed replacement. The service plumber responding to the problem was professional, organized, neat and explained everything before proceeding The price quote was before work was done. I felt it slightly on high side as far as price but the job was well done and timely. It would be better if warranties on parts could be printed and faxed or sent when the job is done.Review fromBen R

Amazing service. Technician on site within an hour and followed very informative efficient process of identifying problem, providing estimate and completing work with great cleanup and payment process. Time from call for help to completed job only 2 hours. Will continue to use McHales.McHales, Inc.

In the past McHales has done electric work, replaced an attic fan and most recently added sensor motion flood lights and landscape lighting in front of our house. Our electrical technician ************ was professional, respectful and responsive to our needs. He was very pleasant and nothing was too much to ask him to do. Always had a smile and would recommend him to everyone and would have him back to do other jobs for us in a heartbeat!! ***** and ******************McHales, Inc.

McHales has the most experienced, helpful and knowledgeable staff with a lot of experience.The girls in the office are so helpful. They call before the technician comes and understand issues when you explain them. All of the technicians we have had have been excellent. Their work is second to none.
