    I had a dispute with a purchase on my card. Instead of looking into it the automatically canceled my card even after I said no. They issued me a new card but it never arrived. I called the back to find out what was going on and they informed me that a new card was never issued. I have not had access to my money for over 2 weeks and have $2.00 left to my name. They offered to expedite for the next day for a fee of $25.00, what choice do I have? Once rhe new card arrives I will be changing banks!

    Scam!!!! You won't be able to access the card and when calling customer service, you'll literally be hung up on repeatedly while trying to activate a card. Something happened recently where the company will not allow their customers to access their money or update the card, locking them out.

    Horrible service! I lost my card and the kept spinning me and not offering any help! All phillipinoes who barely speak English, rude and hang up on you! My situation was not resolved
