    I ordered some gem stones from this company sept. 15, 2024. I paid almost $10 for shipping and my items have not even been shipped yet. I have been dealing with this company for about 5 years now and there has never been an issue up until now. I contacted the company through email about when my items would be shipped, but no one responded. I just want what I paid for or refund me my money. The shipping fees are extremely ridiculous for there not to be prompt service and unprofessionalism. Please, send me what I ordered and refund my shipping fees, or cancel my order and refund my money. I don't think it is fair to charge that much money in shipping fees but you do not ship the products in a timely fashion, you don't answer or respond to emails, and you ignore your customers. Please be the company that I know you to be, and send me my items?

    Hi,

    Attached is a photo of your boxed shipment with the tracking information that was emailed to you.  The USPS tracking number is **********************.  You should receive the item on Friday or Saturday this week.  I am not sure why you just didn't call us and avoid this frivolous complaint???  You were sent an email with the tracking number.  As far as charging the $9.95 Shipping, we actually lose money on your order for shipping when you add the cost of shipping, the label, the box and the packing material.  We have a flat rate shipping fee for all order under $100 but we lose money on small order such as this one in hopes of making money on larger orders.  We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00
