Let me start by saying I've bought 3 new CNC machines from Centroid CNC, totaling $900,000 in value. There all paid off. The latest machine I bought new in 2018 from Centroid started developing problems in 2022, They sent a tech after 30 days and after I destroyed parts that we were making in the machine. After countless hours of down time which costs thousands of dollars, I don't have. He worked on it, the machine worked OK for 10 days, then it developed the same exact problem, destroying my parts. Since the repairs, I've been in contact with the machine TECH and he has tried to help with ideas to fix the machine. No luck. So now today I'm stuck with a $400,000 that does not work. I've sent video and evidence it now working properly to Centroid and the Tech. I tried to contact the Chief of the department for these machines and get answers from billing department only. They want me to pay for the service of $16,000 in 2022 that did not fix my machine and has only costs me 1000s of dollars and delays. Causing me to loose customers, loose business and destroy parts and tooling. I'm forced to sell this machine and buy another brand I guess. Before I make a video online of my story, Im starting here.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/10/2023

    Response to the complaint

The customer was denied support due to service invoices, of a
substantial amount on his account, in arrears for well over a year.
After each Centroid service visit, the customer signed off on his
satisfaction and acceptance of the service work performed but did not pay his bill.
This is a reasonable cause not to provide further service and support.
The customer became irate when denied support and expressed his
    displeasure with said denial.
The customer never informed the Centroid main office of his problems or
displeasure until after service and support was denied.
Centroid has offered to forgo payment of the most recent past due
invoice and service the machine if the two oldest past due invoices are
    paid.
The customer has not responded to this offer as of this submittal.
