Date October 11th 23 Hired to pave a 15 x 30 ft area. Showed up and placed asphalt, binder type mix. Never compacted it, just walked on it. When I asked him about that, his reply was basically, I know what I'm doing , he had a roller right there Asphalt is approximately 1.5 in higher than existing pavement and holds water so there is a large amount of water. When it finally overflows it seeps right through the pavement. Very shoddy work. Repeated phone calls are ignored.
