    Paypal is a rip off, we've used this service for online payments etc for well over 10 years. We recently purchased a mattress online for $1400 and the mattress came damaged. The seller of this new mattress refused to give ** a fair partial refund for the hole in that's almost 5 inches long, and Paypals resolution center isn't fair. I sent every bit of info they needed and asked for and still get nowhere so we will likely be out of pocket to fix the mattress since the manufacturer nor Paypal seem to care. They're supposed to be there to help so people like ** don't get ripped off by others, especially big companies but then they allow the company to rip ** off anyway even though we had pictures and everything. Biggest scam going. They want you to think your transactions are safe and protected but they aren't. You're better off using your bank atleast they're on your side.
