    I am unable to reach Advanced Mining. I purchased mining equipment from **** mining; since been sold to Advanced Mining; last year and tried to withdraw mined money. I did not receive the money and have made several attempts creating a help ticket to get the issue resolved.; Also Received emails regarding refunds for the platinum mining machine purchased. I am unable to log onto the account and no longer have a way to correspond with advanced mining other than a generated email stating they have my ticket and do not create another one. Please find in the attachments my purchase agreement with **** Mining, the SEC complaint and an email generated by advanced mining stating they are unable to do business in the US and will refund mining equipment.
