    I was supposed to be a customer when I received a bid for removing some branches from 2 trees on 9/13/23. I was asked to sign an acceptance for the work to be scheduled in the upcoming weeks. In mid October I called and requested a few days notice of when my work was to be scheduled so I could plan to be present for the work. I explained that I travel to see my grandchildren in New England and have on-going activities. I was told I would be scheduled around the end of October.. On November 2nd, I again called and left a message (no one answered) that I needed a date for my service so I could schedule my November calendar. I asked to have someone call me by 4:00 pm the next day, Friday. I have not heard from anyone at Lenk. I find their customer service behavior to be very unprofessional. Fine, they apparently don't need my $1650.00 worth of service. I would not recommend them because of their indifferent and poorl customer service.
