  This company did a fabulous job with an addition to my home. I need to say however that the salesperson ***** gave us an unrealistic time frame for the job to be completed so whatever he tells you add at least a month to the time line. Also make sure that he puts everything in writing on the contract because if it is just word of mouth it will probably not be honored. That being said , I would highly recommend this company and if you want a great worker on the job ask that ***** be part of your work force!!

  We had our garage converted to a family room. The workers did an outstanding, very professional job. They asked use questions on how we like some changes and design issues. Great job!

  HomePro did an excellent job in replacing the ceiling in our hot tub room. ***** quoted as fair and the work great. The employees were really easy to talk to and answered all of our inquiries. Work was completed on time and was cleaned up nicely after finish. I would highly recommend HomePro Remodelers.

  We had ******* come to our home and give us quote on an addition he told us 1 payment that ended up in getting 3 loans through his banker guy, we canceled on day 2 due to funds. ************ law states you have 3 days to cancel, he cashed our check on day 2 and charged ** ******** for drawings and engineer inspection when we never signed off on drawings and no one ever showed up to do anything at our home. He still hasnt produced any drawings or inspections of our home that he charged us for.

  Hello, it is hard to keep a straight record of 5 stars reviews as well as many many other positive reviews that were honestly left by our customer in the last 11 years in business therefore we feel compelled to truthfully answer your statement as we have proof not just with a text correspondence but also with a signed addendum which will quote in its entirety shortly. The initial contract was written on 03/14/2023 we obtained the proper financing which payment was equal to what was promised at the time of the initial presentation as well as paying off some of the other Debt you had still with less money going out then what u currently had including the addition, we in term proceeded as usual with drawings and other items to continue for the addition project, on April 7th as per your text message, you stated that u spoke to debt consultant and wanted to hold off. on 06/20/2023 you signed the addendum stating that you agreed that HPR would keep the amount you stated due to incurred expense and we refunded you the rest which we did. According tot terms and conditions we are in title to up to 33% which in your case would been over thirty thousand dollars!! You are also aware that we are a full service remodeling company and noticed that right after that you had another company come over and redo your roofing system on your house. We understand that sometimes thoughts get distorted and the reality of correct dates and statements via text and agreements make a difference, We hope that now you will recognize the truth and help us keep our infallible record clean..
