    I am a student at the universal technical institute and my complaint is that there education system blackboard has now made it harder to be able to do the online that is required. With saying this we cant go back on are test drives and check what we got wrong which is making it way to hard to pass anything they really need to fix and make it better if not a lot more people will drop out and they will lose there money.Yes there is a way they are mad at us because we play way to many videos at once i understand that but on are test drives we used to be able to see what we got wrong and right and now we cant do that which I no clue to understand those help us in the courses and for them to not let us look at are answers is not right to us there not treating us like adults at all and there is one student service lady that is incredibly rude to everyone even if you have a basic question
