    In Jan-2022, home improvement agreement signed with JBK, with move-in by 6/22/2022, and the Contractor warrants that title to all Work covered by an Application for Payment will pass to the Owner no later than the time of payment.Payments following agreement:Contract sum $92,875. Paid $89,780.70 (JBK Invoice 218, 231, 801, 802) for contracted work and agreed change. While no delivered as DESCRIPTION on invoices. Other Payments Payment for flooding incident: $8112.00 (Invoice: 2022.801.INS1)JBK email for $3,990 on 2/27/2023. Cost specification required, no feedback from JBK till today.Hotel expense coverage committed by JBK for missting move-in date on agreement:$27,937.89 (inclunding $1,600 deducted from Invoice 802)Till today, Kitchen, Living Room, Main Restroom, etc., are in status of construction field and cannot function normally, acknowledged defects in most areas. JBK requested and received Payment; the Work covered by these payments has not been passed to the Owner per the contract terms. Actual move-in date 4/1/2023 vs 6/22/2022 on agreement. JBK committed covering hotel expense. Till today $1,600 deducted while hotel expenses are $27,937.89.Numerous attempts have been made to expedite project completion, specially:5/1/ 2023, formal complaint were laodged.5/1/ 2023, JBK feedbacked that printed list for project to completion.5/3/2023, formal request was made to close construction by 5/22/2023, close whole project (partial from Design) by 5/31/2023. Requested JBK to please communicate in email with all the needed items with required dates in order to close construction on May 22nd 2023Required list has not been provided.5/26/2023, JBK feedbacked set for Tuesday to come up with a solid time line. 10/27/2023, email to JBK hotel expense.3/26/2024, email to JBK for project finishing. Till today, Work not finished as agreement defined, neither defects correction, nor working the un-finished items with material on site.
