In early February, 2022, I contacted expert glass company of export pa regarding repairs on the windows in my home. **** came out and quoted me $ 2,375 for the repairs and said that there may be some extra cost depending on any parts that may be needed. He said he included some parts. At his request, I paid $ 1,200 down on the job. Shortly after that one of his men came out to inspect the windows and develop any parts list. His employee was here about 2 hours. After he was done he said he would turn in the parts list and they would be back in touch. He sprayed some wd40 on 4 or 5 of the windows. After a few weeks (we were also getting the house painted) I called them again to follow up and find out when they were coming for the repairs. Eventually, a second guy came out... he said to inspect the windows and develop a parts list (same story as before). The second guy said that the first guy didn't really do anything and the inspection had to be carried out again. They left with a list of parts that might be needed, including broken glass in one window, and said they would call me when the parts came in so that they could do the repairs. I was told that 2 of the windows may not be repairable because of the house settling. Again, I did not receive any calls. I called 2 or 3 times with no response. Finally, on the 4th call, I talked with someone who said yes they were getting the parts and he would call me within 2 weeks to schedule the job. To this day there have been no other calls. Today (08/10/2022) I called and talked with ****. I told him that I have contracted with another company to have the windows repaired. IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS SINCE I GAVE EXPERT GLASS $ 1,200. I asked **** to issue me a refund. He refused saying that there workers HAD done some repairs and replaced a broken glass. NONE OF THAT IS CORRECT. The glass is still broken and all the first worker did was spray some wd40 on a few windows.
