    On July 8ti. 2022, I paid H&H Air Conditioning and Heating $107.98 for having come to my residence to assess my broken HVAC system and see what was wrong with it so that they could fix it. The weather was hot and my system wasn't cooling the air in my house. After assessing the system, the technician informed me that I needed a compressor, I chose this company because in December of 2015, they installed the ********** system that I have now that isn't working and gave me a warranty that is still in effect. After conferring with H&H on the phone, the technician told me that they would order the part, tell me how much it would cost to install it, and tell me when they would have someone out to install it. It is now November the temperature has gone doen to the 30's at night. My system is not now, nor has it been heating like it should I just got home this Thursday, 11/17/22 after being hospitalized for sudden generalized weakness and the inability to walk. When I got home it was freezing in here. I called H&H, as I have done almost every other week since July, only to be told once again that they didn't receive the part yet. When I got the HVAC system, I was working and paid it of quickly. Now I am retired and on Social Security, but I still manage to pay my bills. This is not fair! Why should I a 74-year-old great grandmother who is having problems walking have to wear a winter puffer maxi coat to be warm in her own home? I thought that I would be relaxing, not freezing in my old age. I feel like I have been scammed.

    Dear ******** *******, 

    We were not able to get this compressor from our distributer as the Manufacturer ********** Electric had these compressor's back-ordered. We were diligent on our efforts to get this part however with the supply chain shortages it was beyond our control. We did stay in touch with **** ******* and informed her how were doing our best. Since this complaint has been filed, we have installed the part and I am pleased to inform you that her heat is working and I spoke to **** ****** and she is satisfied with our company.
