    I always shop with this company for bulk paper products. Order arrived the same week, as usual. I won't order this type toilet paper anymore though. It says 2 ply, but it's clearly 1, and it's thin and rough. I'll go back to my other brand next time

    Very disappointed with this shopping experience. It took many IGNORED calls and emails before finally getting someone on chat over 1 1/2 weeks after I placed the order. Then it was 5 days more and several chat conversations before I finally got confirmation of shipment, then delivery. That is 2 weeks total. I went to ********* and easily ordered and got my shipment the next day (the same day yours arrived and theirs got here 1st). I'll be ordering from them next time.
