The details of this matter are as truly follows:

The customer sign up for an initial yearly service of a trash dumpster, the service was for the dumpster to be dumped twice a month. She called to have the dumpster removed before the year was up and I agreed to do that with no additional cost to her. She then called to say that we were to removed the dumpster this past Saturday, which we are not even open on a Saturday, which I did informed of this. She said her mother left a voice mail and that the dumpster needs to be removed by Saturday, which I did not have a voice mail.

When she indicated that she needed the dumpster removed, I looked up the account and she did not pay for the services already provided. I informed her that before we removed the dumpster she needs to pay her pass due invoices. Her words to me were, I can't, I have no money. I then said I cannot take the dumpster away until she paid for the service we provided. She said she needed it gone because she was evicted. I said if you can't pay borrow the money from a relative or friend. I also said it would be in her best interest to pay because we do file with the District Justice and she would have additional fees associated with her account when we would file.

There were no threats made, when people can't pay for services they are either placed on a payment plan or if they still refuse to pay for services provided we do in fact file those accounts to the district justice.

Let me reiterate that she did not say I will pay at a later date. She stated I have no money and cannot pay. Then 10 minutes or so later her mom calls and stated she can pay those outstanding invoices on the following Friday. Also, I am not a receptionist, I am the co-owner of the business. I don't think people should get service they cannot afford, or think that they don't have to pay because they have no money. If you generate a bill, pay it. I let her out a year agreement with no additional cost.

I have been in business for more than 22 years, I was not rude, I was matter of fact. I informed her that if she could not pay her bill, this is what would happen next.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to hear what actually transpired during the phone call.
