    **** accepted a $4000 down payment to do work on my leaking roof but has ghosted me for almost a year without even starting the work. He had also done a repointing project on my house but when I called other roof repairmen for help they saw his work and said that it was shoddy and was the reason for some of my leak problems. I have to sell my house now because I can't afford to fix the roof after **** not only caused leaks but disappeared completely with the only money I had for repairs. Extremely sad experience.
