    Took my credit card over the phone for an emergency lockout, promised they'd be there within 25 minutes. They never showed within that time. After they blew their promise to show up in that time frame, I was forced to use other means to get into the house, and called them back saying I no longer needed their services since they never showed up when they promised. I asked for the charge to be refunded, they refused saying the charge was non-refundable (even though they never showed up in their promised window and their digital receipt never dictated such a policy either). Currently going through my credit card company now to get this refunded. Would never use again--absolutely dishonest and a complete headache.
