    Company supports spam emails. Unsubscribe button leads you to an even more suspect/questionable website. If they are not the ones sending the spam emails, they need to screen their clients much more closely.

    I started an email marketing service for the first time. Because there are a lot of options with AWeber, I had a lot of questions. Text support was helpful and I thought I was initially starting a successful campaign with their help. Wrong! Although I received expert help in the set-up, the Best Practices group determined that I was sending unsolicited emails and abruptly canceled my account. I asked for clarification and never heard from the Best Practices Group for specifics of what I did. Phone customer service workers are not authorized to do ANYTHING and are worthless. I wish I could rate them ZERO stars because this company is abysmal and their Best Practice Group should be brought to light as the frauds they are.
