      I summited a complaint, and no manager has contacted me. Facebook Messenger just has an automatic replay, plus emails are sent with no replay.. Very disappointed after years of being a client! I have not received a confirmation of my cancelation of membership nor a refund! I have been a client for many years! Unbelievable! Had a terrible experience with a technician, and seems this company does not care. Rude, disrespectful, and even screaming at me, plus pointing fingers in front of my face. UPDATE; After 2 weeks and just after posting bad reviews I got a text addressing the situation, BUT lying they had called me and got my voicemail. NO MISSED CALLS OR VOICEMAILS, at all. Why? Because they never called! Be aware that they delete complaints on Facebook too.

      THEY OVER CHARGE AND REFUSE TO REFUND OR PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION. I had a membership for almost 9 months. Despite the fact that **** had double billed me for 2 memberships after I changed tiers I kept going. Out of no where they increase the price from $124.99 to $219 a month with NO warning. I called and they cannot explain the charge. They THINK they had a price increase. One agent told me there was an increase in December and another told me it happened in February. I dont have a single email or letter stating this. They verified my email address but cannot produce proof of the rate increase.

      I never signed up for a membership and didnt authorize the $70 charge from my card. When I called they said they cancelled the membership but the rescuers for refund was denied. I never authorized a membership to be charged in the first place.
