    In the past I had used this company with no issues. In February we were unable to go to pay for the next few months so we stopped using their service and on May 10th I went to pay for the next few months of trash pick up. They said we owed money for the time we hadn’t had them pick up our trash. I paid them $100 for 8 trash stickers ($20) and the rest into trash pick up. Upon paying them I have called them and have yet to get a call back since I was in their store. They haven’t picked up the trash once since January.

    I have garbage service through Yeagers sanitation in big run pa.. I had a dumpster delivered back in October or November of 2021. The company since then has not sent out a bill or invoice at all. Approximately one month ago I called them about billing trying to get them paid. About two weeks ago a lady called and said she had just received my message...I spoke with her and she said she would call me back...never happened...I call and call and call but NO ONE ever answers the phone...this is thee worst company I ever saw. They expect you to pay them but at the same time they won't answer a phone or send a bill...no way to contact them to pay a bill but yet they will stop your service for not paying....I'm fed up with this...I shouldn't be punished for something they are not doing...please check into this...I thank you for your time...I hope this issue is fixed ...if not I feel I shouldn't have to pay if they can't do their job...

    In regards to my complaint...we have only received this bill...however Yeager sanitation is charging us for past tenants....we have not used this service until October of 2021. There is no way I'm paying for someone else's bill. And if you notice they say that we never asked for bill until now. That is false...we have called and called and no answer. We shouldn't have to call every month for a bill...they should be billing according or send a booklet for billing. I ask that you please look into this...we are considering going to court...cause this is unprofessional and they are making it look like it's our fault...when it's not..I thank you..

    I paid for 3 months of trash service with Yeager sanitation 2 weeks ago. The check cleared the bank and I have not had my trash picked up even 1 time. All my neighbors that use Yeagers have not had their trash picked up in 2 weeks either. I have made several attempts to contact them via phone and they don't answer and they don't return calls. I have paid $63.75 for a service that has never been provided. I either want my trash picked up or my money refunded.
