    UNRELIABLE! Will book a load and then cancel after the load is already scheduled to pick up. DO NOT DO LOADS WITH THIS CARRIER UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO CANCEL ON YOU AT THE LAST MINUTE!!!!

    I used this company to transport a vehicle from Province Va to Las Cruces NM. To the consumers who are thinking of using this company DON’T, you will be very sorry if you do. I signed a contract to have my vehicle delivered with it arriving Jan 5th, 2023, The driver picked up my vehicle on 12/30/2022, I finally received my vehicle at 1143pm on January 13th, 2023. Which made the late arrival 8 days. The drivers of this company does not communicate with his customers and then if they do expect to be talked to in rudeness, they act as if their truck’s breaks down that it is no big deal, and if you ask for another delivery truck they want to hold your vehicle as hostage till they get their 1200 dollar delivery fee, totally horrible services. After my ordeal of transporting a vehicle I will never do it again even with a different company, if I were to go back in time I would have taken a few days off work bought a plan ticket and drove my vehicle back, it most definitely would have a better experience, mine was so horrible with this company I would tell consumers to stay away from this company and before you ever sign a contact ask what company, how many break downs have they had, what is their delivery on time ratings, and ask what are you going to do for me if my vehicle is 5/14 days late of arrival and if you can’t get that kind of information in your contract run. My advice is never use this company unless you like people being rude making comments Lady it’s not the end of the world for your car be few days late or being told NOPE I’m not releasing your vehicle to another transportation driver until I get my 1200 dollars, or when asking since you are the one breaking down x 2 for days can you reduce the transportation fees, you will be told NOPE lady it doesn’t work that way, so after my experience if you choose to use this company be ready for sleepless nights, days of worry where is my vehicle is it ok, prepare yourself to be spoken to rudely. Run Away .
