    On 08/07/2023 at 6:21pm I placed an order with this company in the amount of $78.00 with my **** card. Time had passed (approx 3-4 weeks) I entered the chat on their website with shop app to ask where could I find their shipping page. The automated chat stated business is close they would contact me when available through my email. I was in fact contacted by them shortly after (next day). The email stated that my order #***** was suddenly on the way this was on 08/31/2023 at 11:50am. Still waiting I received tracking number for USPS (my package). I went back to the shop app to track it. My package has not moved at all!!! On 09/10/2023 I sent a message to this company stating partially that I was feeling as if I was/am getting scammed!!! I also requested a full refund as this encounter didn’t feel good to me anymore. On 09/11/2023 the company messaged me back stating partially after they ship it’s out of their hands. I don’t know what else to do to resolve this. How do I really know my package was shipped??!!

    Hi!

    We have attached tracking to show the shipment is on the way and scheduled to arrive September 15th. This is the replacement package as her first shipment was lost in transit. 

    we have tried contacting **** ***** multiple times via chat and email and have yet to get a single response back. She never gave her order number from the original chat. She never provided info on what the tracking was shown at her end so we could have a replacement sent out. 

    we were trying to work to get a replacement out sooner to her but she never responded back to us. We were a little shocked to hear she filed a complaint after we messaged her saying the replacement package was on the way. Her order will be delivered by the end of the week. Unfortunately we have no control over the post office having delays in shipments or lost shipments
