    Blair.coim, although slow sent original merchandise as ordered online. Item was returned and an exchange requested. Blair indicated receipt of returned goods in late September or early November. Since that date the item requested has not been delivered. Their online system continues to read in process. Repeated (approximately 6) telephone calls to customer service have not elicited any progress. Each time I was promised it was in process and coming. Subsequently the company reported an issue with PayPal (the means used to pay for this item [a jacket]). After contacting PayPal it was pointed out that the problem lay with Blair not somehow accepting ***************** that there was NO problem. Subsequent telephone calls indicated that item was out for shipping. Todays (12/14) phone call indicated that the item had been on back order (I was never informed of this problem) but now it was ready to ship. I was again assured that it was shipping today or Monday. Nothing further was possible.
