    Ive had service with Suburban garbage for almost 3 years now. I unfortunately had financial hardship due to COVID and they dont offer help or services for a payment plan. I had my garbage cans removed from my property on Friday the 16th and paid it right then. Since I paid with checking account, it didnt post until the 20th of September and I was told by an employee named ****** when the payment was received they would deliver my garbage cans. I can send a screenshot where it was taken out of the 20th of august so my garbage cans should have been delivered on the 21st. Ivonnes reasoning was because it was a bank it can take up to 5 days but the money had already been taken out and posted on my bank, and she explained they just got confirmation the night of august 21st. It doesnt make sense it would have posted (not pending) in my bank statement on the 20th but they hadnt got confirmation until the 21st.I dont know their billing system but that does not make any sense. I then asked ****** if I could get my garbage picked up since tomorrow is Friday 23rd and they come for garbage then since my cans wont be delivered until then. She gave me an attitude and sarcastic response about how I dont have cans so how can I have garbage. As if garbage just stops because I dont have cans. She has been rude every single time I have called with some sort of sarcasm and no logical explanation. Its common sense when youre in customer ********************** to not be rude since I did pay for their service. Extremely unprofessional.
