Having worked in the field of I/DD supports for many years, and having a professional background in business management, I can attest to this companies exceptional standards and ethics. Over the last 4 years, I've watched them grow exponentially. During which time they have not once made me question a single business practice, or wonder if they have their clients best interest in mind with every decision they make. They support their employee's 100%, offering the highest DSP rates of pay in the state, as well as provide progressive perks and benefits for all employed by them. DSP Connections is truly a company that "walks their talk" and it's an honor to be affiliated with such an upstanding company.DSP Connections Inc

We were fortunate enough during the pandemic that as parents we could finally be paid for for our daughters care. Until this point because our daughter is under the age of 18, we could not be paid. (The pandemic changed that due to emergency rules.) We opted to go through DSP Connections because we liked their weekly activities for clients and yearly family events and they still allowed us control over who was hired as a support worker for our daughter. We chose (and still do chose) to recruit and hire our daughters support workers and then send them to DSP Connections for employment. This is something they were (and still are) more than happy to accommodate. We were very pleased that the on-boarding process was made easy and that they helped track required C.E.Us. We were also very pleased to be able to bring over our daughters current support workers and have them on-boarded quickly and seamlessly. They were able to relieve a lot of stress by ensuring that support workers were paid on time and the paperwork was done each month. This was a considerable burden to have lifted from us. We were also pleased that both health insurance and retirement in addition to PTO was offered to our daughters support workers.Every year we look forward to the annual Easter Egg ****, Christmas tree event and car show. All are small family friendly events that focus on sensory integration needs and center around our familys needs, which mirror vast and diverse needs of their clients.We have enjoyed working with our care coordinator to meet our needs and feel lucky that DSP Connections provide services on the Central Oregon coast because so often agencies do not provide services in rural areas.DSP Connections Inc

Our daughter has received services through 4 different residential agencies. DSP Connections is by far and away the best agency we've seen. I'm in contact with many parents across the country whose children have significant support needs. Our daughter is incredibly blessed to have DSP Connections serving her. Their dedication is exceptional and I can see first hand that ******************* is in this "business" because she deeply cares. We feel like we've won the in-home services lottery. Our staff our incredible and DSP Connections has the same value as we do - we know that the DSPs are the most important members of our daughter's support team, we want them to know that they are valued and do one of the most important work in our society.DSP Connections Inc

I just have to say as someone who has worked in this field for many years and a mom of a son that has ASD, DSP Connections is by far the best agency in the business. They have a person centered business plan with core values that each and every one the employees embodies. I have never felt so valued and appreciated by any other employer in the 40 years Ive been in the work force. The respect and genuine love they have for their clients, families and communities top notch and the bar has been set very high for others in the industry.
