    I want other potential customers to know that if they mess up they wont make it right. They made 3 mistakes that cost me money. They asked me to photograph the outlet at my place so they could bring a plug. They forgot the plug. They showed up an hour and a half late and I had hired somebody to be there when they came with the washer and dryer. I paid the installer extra to go **** down a plug at the hardware stores. I had asked them before I paid for the washer and dryer if there was anything needed to install the washer and dryer that they weren't bringing. They knew I was stacking them. They said no but when the delivery guy got there he told the installer it needed a kit to attach the washer and dryer as they were stackables. he said they had them back at their place. I called them to see what they would do to make it right and their attitude changed. I asked for some compensation and they said they don't do that. It's their fault and they don't make it right? They admitted they goofed on the plug and said they told me about the attachment kit. There's no way they told me about the attachment kit. I asked them if we had everything we needed and they said yes. I never say no to installing something without all required parts. Why would I allow the washer and dryer to be stacked without the attachment kit?
