As a customer of ******************** for the past six months, I've found their internet service to be quite reliable, especially for someone who travels frequently. The connectivity has been strong in most areas, though there were a few spots where it lagged slightly. The no-contract, prepaid setup is incredibly convenient, allowing for flexibility without the hassle of long-term commitments. **************** has been helpful, though response times vary. Overall, it's a solid choice for travelers who need consistent internet access but aren't looking for the absolute fastest speeds available.

LONG story short, I acquired this internet service (currently in use) around two years ago. The cost of the router alone was $330 from Amazon in September 2022. It worked flawlessly for about the first year, delivering consistent speeds of 5mb/s to 7mb/s for either $6X, which was the cheapest option, and $8X for the "hi definition" a term I didn't fully understand, so I opted for the cheaper one. Looking back, it didn't seem to matter. I also had to get another *** card for some reason, but they were only about $5.However, it literally doubled the price from $6X to $130. There were also blue, magenta, and some other plans. I assume magenta was ********* and **** was blue. That's when the problems started. I was using it in my vehicle for internet, and eventually, it became unreliable. I'm not sure if it was the router falling on the antennas in my vehicle or what, but to make a long story short, I've had problems with that LT18 router ever since. The power button broke and I have to tape the button down with a ******** drill bit to hold it. It's now more reliable just for that. I have emailed and messaged them probably 10 times about the speed and its extreme unreliability, bought and replaced numerous antennas. I struggled to get a signal, and the problem would either persist or never get fixed.Recently, I replaced it with a $150 router, which did fix the router problems. But I had issues with the *** not fitting. I got adapters for it and was finally able to get the new router to connect. It was running at about 2.5mb/s for 2 or 3 days, and then it suddenly dropped to a cap of 75kb/s, and I have no clue what is going on. I noticed that it went back up to 2.5mb/s for an hour or two last night, then reverted to 75kb/s. I have sent three tickets recently, as the other two were marked closed. These people are not helpful; they act like they're pros, but nothing ever gets fixed, and I have been dealing with these issues for the past year or so. Beyond frustrated.
