    10/2/2024 - I was charged $329.00 when I never agreed to the purchase of a membership. I had shut off auto renew a year ago immediately after purchasing a year long membership. I am a nursing student and did not enjoy this service they provided so I had no intention of renewing. The card that they charged me on originally also was no longer active. I contacted my bank and my banked found no previous history of transaction and was not sure how they were able to charge my card. I have attempted to ask for a refund and they said that they cant. They dont have a customer service phone number, and took nearly 24 hours to respond to where now it was too late to ask for a refund. As a college nursing student this has created a hard situation for me now by a service that was supposed to help nursing students. They refuse to do a refund even when I never agreed to the auto renew. I had shut it off and again, my bank said they didnt know how they were able to charge me and has filed a dispute. It would be much faster for me and easier for me if they would just proceed with the refund as they should. It seems very scammy on their part.

    I subscribed for free trial. Cancelled same day but unaware that I didnt get a confirmation email. I tried to cancel TWICE, and there were little deceitful prompts here and there and eventually I got it only to receive an email that I was charged today with no reminder prior or anything.
