    I went to the *** store where I have shopped for years. I asked to purchase a flood light that has dusk to **** features and has a motion detector that causes the light to get even brighter at night should motion be detected. I purchased 3. Then 2 electricians arrived and installed these lights. I explained exactly what I wanted. I explained it twice (they arrived separately ). They installed the lights. Turns out this product is either dusk till **** OR motion detector, not both. I called *** and spoke to ****, a manager. He said he would only refund the price of the lights, since he and his staff are not electricians and cannot be held responsible for selling me the wrong product. Meanwhile the electricians want to charge me again to reinstall, and also dont think they are responsible although their head electrician sat with the instructions for over an hour and didnt bother to notice the products would not do what I asked and no one bothered to check how the lights performed prior to leaving the site.
