    I contracted with Ace Storage. I rented two storage units. I wrote an email 30-day notice to *** informing them I was moving out of the storage units no later than November 30th . The movers moved all my belongings from both units to my new apartment on November 28th. I cleaned both storage units on November 29th and left the fob in the black box at the store.I got a last bill from Ace stating on the bill I owe $238.00 for both units. I have gone to the store several times and on one occasion left a copy of the email 30-day notice. I have shown the associates the copy of the movers receipt. Every time I go into store I am told to come back because ******************* left for the day and the manager is the only person who can fix the bill.I have insomnia and I am tired of going into the store and cannot get any help with the final bill.Can you contact this company and ask them to correct the final bill? They should have a copy of the email 30-day notice informing them I was emptying both units and the fob was left in the black box on the 29th of November.Thank you for any help you can give me.

    I received an email from ************************* of Broadway Ace Hardware.  She said the correction was made.  I think I should have written on my original complaint to BBB that it was an email that I got from Ace showing a balance due on my account.  I don't know how to attach an email.

    ************** said in her email to me that the account now has a $0 balance.

    Thank you to BBB for reaching out to them.  I know if I hadn't contacted BBB for help the problem of a balance would probably be there.
