      Astro has always provided the cash price for debit users who enter their pin. The cash price is advertised on a big board outside the gas station along with the credit card price. They advertised ***** for the cash / debit price and the ***** as the credit price. So I purchased ****** gallons of gas on 11/12/24. Unfortunately Astro decided to suddenly change this policy without any notice / warning to customers that cash is the only payment method for the lower price. This is intentionally misleading. I notified the gas station attendant and he gave me the corporate complaint number saying the same station had 5 other furious customers that had already been swindled that evening and that the station was knowledgeable that the policy had changed but chose not to notify customers. I called the corporate number a few minutes later, however the mailbox was full. I want a refund in the amount of $7.34 based on the fraudulent behavior by Astro.

      Before pumping gas at this station I pre-paid with a debit card at the "doghouse," entering my pin number to ensure I received the cash price as advertised (and explained by staff). I ended up being charged the credit card price. Cash price was $4.15, credit was $4.35.***** said that happens a lot and they didn't know how to fix it. They said to call manager **** the next day. He said he didn't know why it happened and offered to give me a $1.15 cash refund if I came back into the station. The full refund amount of $2.30, and he should be able to look up the transaction and credit my card back instead of me having to come back in.I want a refund AND reassurance that they've fixed this problem - it's FRAUD otherwise.

      On 4/9/24 about 11:30am I stopped to gas. My car computer stated I had 3 miles left and put $5 in the tank. That should have put me at least 20+ additional miles. ***** driving for several miles, I noticed my car staying I have only 2 miles left. Id only driven about 3 miles. ***** is the rest of my gas? Theyre pump is faulty.

      I would like to file a complaint about my experience at the Astro station, located at the corner of ***************** and SE ***********************, ********, OR today.As I was starting to pump my gas I noticed the price for regular unleaded did not match what was advertised on the big sign on the road. It was advertised at $3.99 per gallon and the pump was saying $4.39 per gallon. I went to check with the attendant. He said that "those machines are just messed up". And said that I would not be charged $4.39 even if it said that. I proceeded to fill my car. When complete, I printed the receipt. I was indeed charged $4.39 per gallon.I returned to let the attendant know that I was charged $4.39. He responded, "I just work here". And dismissed **** returned to my car and took a photo of the pump and of the sign on the road. The second employee approached me and said, "What are you some ***** a** *****, don't come back here again."I was not rude, nor was I in any way wrong to question an incorrectly advertised price on a pump and to follow-up when I was charged $.40 more per gallon, even after the attendant verified I would not be. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, as is falsely advertising rates. I have photos of what I was charged and what was falsely advertised (on the large roadside sign), and verified by the attendant. I would like a refund of the amount I was incorrectly charged ($5.34). Not because it is a huge amount, but because it is wrong and then I was verbally attacked.I contacted WSCO today via their online form, but there was no way to speak to a person by phone when I called.

      Wsco petroleum has been negotiating it's underground tanks that hold diesel and gas. I have been purchasing fuel from my diesel truck at one specific site here in ********** ****** known as Astro for over 7 months as they had the best prices in town for fuel. I went to fuel up one day and came across ********************* that was being pumped through a filter and passed into my trucks tank. My fuel pump is weak now and my injector balances rates are completely off now. And the shop I took it too said yes you have moister in the tank due to this fuel. I even have a picture of it. They do not keep up with normal filter service and I'm sure they do not keep up with EPA regulations on coverage of tanks either. I reached out to the company and tried I get them to pay for the damage done to my truck but they said no and we are not responsible for the damage and all they are willing to do is pay for my tank to be cleaned and my fuel filter to be changed.
