Called 3 different times about being charged when i havent lived in ****** since september its now towards the end of Nov. I was yelling no shame in how angry i am now, exspecually since ive always been nice, lived there my whole life, paid my bills, and have called 3x to be told it would be taken care of. The "Manager" and i had it out and after she hung up on me for yelling the first time thought answering my call with " are we going to be nice and talk now?" In a wonderfully sarcastic voice was the way to calm the situation. Anyways her and i had screaming match after screaming match while she continued to keep hangin up on me told me she would send my bill to collections if i didnt get nicer. Even said f*** you when she hung up on me for the millionth time. i have called several times and the last time i talked to some younger ladie i assumed was her because she sounded familiar and that that ladie said told me she had an employee who was on vacation and she had several *** call and complain and that she would take care of it. im still getting the letters she told me to throw them away then! I yelled i can't if im still being charged. She said you don't even have an account balance here! well I wouldn't be calling for nothing. Then she said I never spoke to you at all I hung up at that point. So she said I dont have an account balance so if it goes to collections or if I continue to be charged it's because the "manager " now has issues with me. So that should mean my husband and i shouldn't be getting anymore Bills. Exspecially since i paid up in August and paid the shut off bill for sept. and moved in September. Me yelling shouldn't be a professional downfall. Most professional "managers" should know how to deescalate the situation not escalate it more and threatening to send bills to collections and use your so called power to your advantage.Spoke with one of my old neighbors, they gave the new owners a new can and never picked ours up. So they are charging.
