    On Nov. 22 2023 our neighbor hired Absolute Tree Service to remove a tree in their front yard. It was a large tree. In the process a large section of the tree fell and landed on my fence. We saw what had happened and instantly went out to talk with them. They said they were sorry and would repair the fence. They said it would be repaired in three days. Nothing happened. Then bad weather set in so let it go but tried to call them several times to ask their plan for repair. No response. Nice weather came again tried to get a hold of them, NOTHING. I even sent a registered letter only to have it returned unopened. So I am still waiting for a response and a fix to the fence. The neighbor who hired them has also tried to call and they will not respond to them either. Not good work ethics.

    On 2/24/2023 this company was removing a tree next door to my house. When they were backing their truck up, they hit my fence, resulting in a broken post and multiple broken boards. They did not come tell me, my neighbor witnessed it and came to alert me. The employees later mocked the situation as if it was not a big deal. I asked for the boss to come speak with me. He did and was very rude but did offer to cover the damages. Since that day I have no been able to reach them to discuss these repairs. The damage is on video and I have attached a copy. Thank you for your time.
