    On Monday, March 10th, 2025, Millers Tree Service removed a large tree on my property at the request of my neighbor and without my permission. This was done while I was at work, so I had no chance to stop it. I have filed criminal charges against my neighbor who paid for the removal, but I think the business deserves to have a ding on their good standing. If it is their standard practice to cut down trees on any property without doing their due diligence and ensuring land owner permission then perhaps they need to be reminded that doing so is illegal.

    ***** ******, owner All Foreign Auto, contacted Millers Tree Service about a tree that was ruining his foundation.  Mr. ****** informed us that he had contacted the person  living there about the removal and the man said as long as he didnt have to pay for it he was fine with it, so we proceeded with the removal.

    The tree, a maple tree with the potential for sizable growth, was between his building and the complainants building in a gap  that is 34 inches wide .   Besides the damage to the foundation, the branches of the tree were in contact with both roofs.   

    We were under the impression that we had permission to do the removal. 
     We are sending pictures.  You can see the ***** of the maple in the last picture  when enlarged.

    I am rejecting this response because: The branches could have been trimmed off the roof. There are ways to ensure foundation care without costing the tree it's life. No proof was given of damage to my neighbors foundation and my foundation on the other side of the tree is just fine. He absolutely did not have permission to remove the tree and knew he did not. He lied to the tree company and as a result they trespassed on our property and destroyed personal property. At this point I do not plan to press charges against the tree company as they were deceived by my neighbor but I will if this can not be settled in a civil manner.
