      *********************** is the director and the primary contact for the house my roommate and I have been renting in *********, **. We moved from ******* due to my small business losing so much money during he pandemic. I thought this move was going to be a new start and felt great about it for a while. That was until I had to deal with ***** and the selling of the rental 2 months before my lease is ending. Secure Property Management conducted a bi-annual inspection on 3/16/2023 and I have the documentation stating the house was in great condition under my care. Last week, there was another inspection for the potential buyer selling the house. This inspection reported damage caused by the water heater and foundational damage to the house which has nothing to do with my responsibilities. ***** sent me an email stating that I was responsible for all damages and was no longer allowed to live at this residence after my lease ends. My roommate and I have taken great care of this house and moved out of state anticipating staying at this location more than a single year. We are being uprooted again by a property management company taking advantage of renters and bullying them. It's disgusting and ****** reviews will show that it's happened to many other renters under Secure Property Managements supposed "management." They need to be held accountable and ***** should not be able to be so cruel to everyone she encounters that isn't an owner making her money.
