    F I could give this business a negative 1000, I would. I had been going to Affordable Family Eyewear for a very long time. I had changed because I had heard a lot of verry good things about Lifetime Vision. Receptionists are awesome...The eye doctor himself, very professional and thorough. BUT, when it came to talking to *******, to pick out and get my new glasses, it became an instant and long term nightmare. He put me into progressive lenses, according to the script and whatever else they do. Maybe the eye doctor is the one who determines whether a patient needs progressive or not. At this point, after several phone calls and drives back to their place of business, I am back home, wearing a pair of old single lens glasses and doing just fine with them. When I was there this morning to try and work out a solution to this challenge with *******, all he wanted to do was take the progressives and turn the lenses into single vision...BUT...he won't give me a new frame choice, and he refuses to refund my money for the frames and lenses. Now, I am stuck with a pair of glasses that cost me $274.00 (approximately). That hurts my budget so BAD being elderly/disable/social security limited income. Oh, and by the way, the other glasses I am wearing now, no issues and the frame is smaller...so, PLEASE, take note of this review and DON'T frequent this establishment for anything more than an eye exam IF they take your insurance. Otherwise, please go to Affordable Family Eye Wear on *********** in *********, **. Thank you.
