  **** with Pest Plus was incredible to work with, showed up on time and did the work we needed. Costs were reasonable, especially considering the type of work required. We had both a rat and a squirrel infestation and **** was able to find where the squirrel got into the house almost immediately and eradicate the squirrel. He then sealed the hole temporarily, to verify we had the one entrance closed off. While researching how the squirrel had entered the house by chewing a hole under the *****, he also found a spot where a rat had gotten into the house. We weren't aware we had a rat, so this was news to us. We slowly began the process of locating where the rat might be living in the house and trying to eradicate it as well. After searching high and low, **** found a stash of food and rat nest in the basement. He was able to set traps and bait and eradicate the rat. After both critters were eradicated, he came back and did a Hazmat clean of the area, as well as sealing the areas permanently from additional access. **** was polite and wonderful with our big, older black lab. Our dog actually would be so excited to see **** arrive, we had to contain him for a bit so he'd settle down. For professionalism, timeliness, cleanliness, cost and personality, I can't imagine a better company to do the work. I can't recommend the work of Pest Plus highly enough. Their office texted me and was available when we finally saw the actual rat for the first time. **** came right back out and set up traps immediately. I worked with a different pest control company because of a rat in the past and their work didn't hold a candle to that of Pest Plus.

  Highly recommend this company. They have taken such good care of us in the last year. They explain everything donuts easy to understand & educate you at the same time! Ill never use any other company they have earned our business with amazing customer service & extensive knowledge!

  I bought my home two years ago and there was a huge rat problem in the crawlspace. I did some research, got a few bids, and felt best about Pest Plus LLC (and so glad I went with them). **** was super knowledgeable and explained in detail how the process works, knew so much about my problem, and was so respectful along the way. Their team did a great job clearing out the crawlspace and Ive had quarterly services from them ever since, and no rats!Recently I had some folks in the crawlspace for a different issue and they thought I may have had new rat activity, so I called and **** came over to check it out free of charge. While he was down there, he noticed a leak and let me know, and even sent me a video and helped talk my plumber through how to find it! Truly above and beyond service.It can be super overwhelming to have a pest problem and really hard to find professionals you can trust, but I can honestly say that Pest Plus LLC is one of the few companies Ive found that is honest and doesnt take advantage. Do yourself a favor and hire them! And no, I dont know them personally, and not getting paid to say this, just feeling super grateful!

  I have used pest plus for a rodent issue at my house. We had a pretty big problem with the rodents, but all is good now and theyve done an excellent job with the initial treatments and follow **** They have always been on time, very professional and polite.

  2nd time I have used PPI. Had to have them return for the **** in putting on a new roof and gutters, removed all my previously installed anti-pigeon spikes and preventative measures. It was important to me that the birds were never harmed, just prevented from landing back to those areas of their greatest comfort on the top of our home and indeed, they have not returned in any manner choosing to nest (and poop) elsewhere. Absence of the consistent bird p*** has allowed us to enjoy our back porch much more especially knowing no harm was done to them, just a slight change to their home perching address. Since I have one irritating neighbor, it is my hope that they have made their new address, his address. ****, ****** and ***** from PPI were nothing but professional, polite and always promptly on time for their appointments. They also followed up a week post-visit to ensure the problem was solved, so great follow up, plus even gave me a little discount for the return visit (the visit necessary through no fault of their own) for I recommended them highly to neighbors to use as bird deterrent professionals...Overall, 5 stars out of 5 stars.

  Very knowledgeable, timely and professional. Removed birds that were living in a vent off my sons bedroom window! They were driving him nuts! Pest Plus even tried to find a way to make the job cheaper! Highly recommend!
