    I must share my story because it was, sadly nothing short of awful. This comapny's manager completely lacked professionalism and competency, which made the procedure difficult and frustrating. It was clear from the first meeting onward that their claims of knowledge were nothing more than hollow promises. I was completely unsatisfied because of the manager's poor communication skills and disrespect for deadlines and quality.

    I would not recommend this agency - the disrespect and rudeness you will subject to is disgusting. They will talk down you over the smallest things and lie to you. This is a bad way to run a business. Definitely steer clear and avoid them like the plague.

    Wow, this really shocked us.... as we have had no complaints via email, text, phone message or any other means. This complaintent doesn't give us what the context was of their negative experience, absolutely nothing to help us understand their issue or if we are in error how to make any changes that they see that are needed. It seems clear its someone has a singular focus anto harm our good name and our very happy client base.

    If this complaint were to have other information that we could validate and address we would be interested in understanding that but without this it looks to be someone who hasn't worked with us or if so has not registered their issue with us.
