Date of the transaction was 9/17/24 and the amount was 75 dollars. i dropped my vr off at this location told that he was happy to repair my vr for me. The only thing wrong with it was the charger port needed replaced due to it not being able to hold the charger in and the fact that it charged slowly. i dropped it off on 5/29/24. after a monumental amount of lip service i finally received my virtual reality headset. It did not work at all and the screen wouldn't even turn on. I brought it back in to be re-looked at only for it to take another 5 hours. When it was returned to me again a warning message popped up stating that the cooling fan wasn't working. The tracking wasn't working either and the headset would try and fail to connect to my controllers. When I went in for a receipt on 9/18/24 (today) I was cussed out and told to come back in for a receipt later, i instructed him that wasn't happening. He eventually gave me a receipt hand written and refused to give me any sort of refund. I wrote a review on ****** which he got taken down so I wrote another. It seems that he tries to get any sort of bad review written about him taken down. After i picked the ** up he stated it was an experimental repair which i wasn't told when I dropped it off. The whole system is fried which he is aware of and tried to blame me for breaking it when it was in near perfect condition when i brought it in.
