  I had one blood draw. Paid cash as agreed with local office $360. Billing department billed my insurance another $579. They were not authorized to do so as I had paid cash at time of service. Insurance is now billing me for almost $300 for deductibles and copays. Contacted interpath to receive my cash refund. They would not resolve. And refuse to take my calls or return my calls.

  I received my first bill on 9-19-23 for a blood draw in 8-2-23. Though looking through the electronic system they said they sent one 8-13-23, I never received the bill and its did not show ** in my **** delivery notification. But when I look at the bill my insurance was never billed and looking further its not been billed for any blood draw though at thr time of service it was provided to their staff not only the first time I had bloodwork but the second time.

  Oh my goodness! All these reviews are so accurate! I also didn't recive any bills but instead my bill went straight to the collection agency! No mail, no phone calls no email! nothing! Is this even legal?

  I paid my bill which I had a bank statement to show it was withdrawn from my acct. they kept threatening to send me to collections, so I paid it again. I keep calling and emailing and they will not return my call. They are thrives.

  Interpath lab is at best highly disorganized and at worst fraudulent in terms of its patient billing. Their branch in **** ****** billed me for a vitamin D test that my doctor said should have been covered by insurance. I tried dealing with inter-path for an entire year to get it billed out and that involved three phone calls directly to the laboratory from my doctor. Nevertheless, Interpath sent me to collections. I finally called my insurance company and they said they had paid for the procedure. Therefore Interpath was billing me $90 for something that had already been covered by insurance, and had continued to do so even after I had called them repeatedly to tell them that I should not be getting billed. I would advise anyone to stay away from this organization if convenient.
