Refund of the promised $300.00 or complete the removal of the tree *****. March Brothers took almost 3 months to complete a job due to personal family problems that put our property in a liable situation. Owner left a sick family member to complete the job. As soon as he left we saw the worker laying out on the tree trunk sick and told him to go home and come back. It took days for anyone to return. They returned later for about 20 minutes. They said they hit a nail, broke their chain and they did not have a replacement. Again, it took many calls before they returned. We had debris removed and it was for $300.00 which March Brothers said they would send a check to us. They never did. Then when we called in April and they said we would need an invoice from the company that removed the debris. It was a couple of young men in the neighborhood asking if we had yard work. They removed as much as they could in the small truck. There was still debris remaining. I could have given them a receipt but that was not good enough. We had asked the Owner to call us when they returned and he just showed up. I asked why he did not call first and his rude strong verbal response was "I don't have to call you." I assume he took his issues out on me. I would like a refund of the $300.00 to assist with removal of the ***** or for them to come remove the ***** as was his contract with us. I paid the service in full because he was referred by our agent. We trusted him to do the right thing. I will never do that again. He also said he preferred to have me pay him in cash. I did not have cash. I wrote a check for the $3,750.00. He never followed through with anything he said and finished his conversation with us on a very bad note. Refund or finish the job. That is all we request.
