    ***** came out to our business and delivered a wonderful presentation. She was very hands-on with the class and made it a pleasure to learn. She demonstrated the proper procedures on the *** manikins and then guided the class on their practice manikins. ******* class was encouraging and we will definitely be using PNW again for our future *** Certification needs.
