    ****************************** at GoChyp is a dishonest person. He promised me no fees, I paid fees. He promised me software and devices that worked, that was not the case. The best part of all of this is that he REFUSED to close my account until I sent back his bluetooth card swipers (ummm, okay). SO we sent them back with tracking, they were received and he still refuses to close my account and has even been so kind as to increase the fees on my account. (passive aggressive much?)If you have a business, stay far away from GoChyp. They will pretend like they offer customer service, but trust me, when you want to go a different direction, ******************************, in particular, becomes a very salty, unprofessional human. No one deserves to be treated unprofessionally, nor does a business owner have time for that.North AMerican Bankcard is GoChyp's processing company and they are aware of this guy being unprofessional. I will be sending them a formal complaint as well. I guess if they want a person like this representing their brand, it's up to them.

    Beauty Box MD and ******* have been a customer of ********************** since May of 2023.  In which time, GoChyp provided ******* with Free Equipment that would need to be returned if she ever decided to close her account, no set up fees and she was successfully using GoChyp's services the entire time.  

    Anytime ******* was billed a fee that was not agreed upon, gochyp refunded her the fee.  GoChyp went above and beyond and provided ******* and her business multiple free devices to use to accept payments, and helped her set up her 2nd business location.  In fact, back in March of 2024 she offered to leave a positive review on ****** about GoChyp for going above and beyond for her and her business (see screenshot of the text messages).  

    When ******* contacted GoChyp to let them know she was switching providers and wanted to cancel her account, ********************** simply asked ******* to return the free equipment that was provided and her account would be cancelled with $0 charge.  At this point, ******* has returned 1 of the 3 devices that were sent to her.

    Worse than *********. Salesman out of ************* got me signed up, and once I was a customer, the support became absolute c*** If someone from there emails, don't do business with them. I was with them for 8 months, and I was never PCI compliant the entire time. I contacted him, who referred me to their customer support, who hung up on me. When I would email them, would never get a response. Called him to get my account closed down, and he became very belligerent on the phone with me. Switched to Stripe and have been much happier. When I have an issue, I actually get an answer same day, and the issue actually gets resolved.Save yourself a headache, and avoid these guys.Not to mention they'll try to hit you with a huge cancellation fee, which is not explained when they sign you up. They'll tell you all you have to do is send the terminal back and not get charged, but they'll charge you anyways.
