    This company is fraudulent from the beginning to the end. They quoted me $780 for a move that my landlord gave her credit card to them to hold for the move and ended up charging $2500 at the end of the move on her credit card without her permission. They damaged and put a dent in my brand new apartment in my bedroom wall they damaged $6000 furniture that I have only had for 2 1/2 years. The nightstand has a big chip in it. That was not there. The nightstand hasnt even been used since I bought it and was in brand new conditionand they lost a $400 brand new pots and pans set that was just given to me from my uncle a month ago. They lost all my other pots and pans that I had as well. I have nothing to cook with and then they turned around and tried to blame me for my stuff being missing and asked me where it went like I didnt move myself. You move me they offered me $150 for a $400 set and like I said that was not all my pots and pans that was just a brand new set that was worth $400. I had a whole bunch of other pots and pans, and they lost every single one of them I have receipts for everything Including my furniture and everything I have witnesses to all of it and they just wanted they wouldnt even return my calls. They wouldnt call me at all. I asked three times for them to call me in a text message and I left a voicemail asking for a call would not call me at all. Iand then offered to pay my landlord back money for them losing my pots and pans they wanted to have her pay her the $150 on her credit card And reimburse her the money for my stuff that was lost and told me that I wasnt their customer that my landlord was which my landlord was not their customer I was the customer they moved me not her. She just paid for me. Then when I called the office to try to talk to somebody else, her name was ******. She just sat on the phone in silence and had nothing to say, and there was a long long periods of silence and all she did was try to blame me

    Here are some clarifications regarding the service:
    Cost: ************ was provided at no cost to you, as it was fully covered by the property management company to assist with clearing the apartment unit.
    Preparation: Upon arrival, our crew observed that the apartment was not fully prepared for the move, which presented some challenges.
    Five-Star Service Confirmation: At the conclusion of the move, you agreed to take a photo with the crew holding a sign acknowledging receipt of 5-Star Service.
    Delivery Confirmation: The crew also documented the back of the truck being completely empty, with all items delivered to your new residence. No missing items, including the box of dishes and cookware, were mentioned at that time.
    Damage Report: No damage to furniture or property was reported to the crew while they were on-site.
    Even with this documentation to the contrary, we have been willing to offer compensation well beyond the terms outlined in the signed contract regarding protection from loss or damage.

    I arranged for this company to move the contents out of my 1BR apartment which had become unusable due to a plumbing break in the upstairs unit. I met them early on my scheduled move day and answered questions regarding what items were to be moved. They had their truck on site and were already loading up boxes. I then stated I would leave but be available by phone for any questions on any issues that *** come up. I went back that evening and found nothing had been moved out of the apartment. I tried to call their office and left a voice mail message. I then called again in the morning. I called again the following day. Finally, the office manager called me late morning, two days after the original move date, and informed me that the moving crew had decided some items were damaged and could not be stored back at their warehouse. We have a very worn-out but comfortable couch and it was not water damaged so I have no idea how they decided the whole move should be called off because of an old couch. But even if there were questions about certain property to be stored, why did they not contact me until two days later? The construction company needs the contents removed to make a complete appraisal and begin work before the unit is further damaged by the moisture. Now it looks like I will have to move things out myself because this company is not able to reschedule a move for another six days. This business has shown a complete disregard to my work order and made no effort to keep me informed of a situation that I find difficult to understand. And then only offer to complete the move in nearly a week from now. Granted the moving crew *** have been poor, but management did nothing for two days and still left me with vague and unconvincing reasons as to why the movers stopped. If they are going to hire unprofessional movers the least they could do is monitor the work and report problems in a timely manner.

    We apologize for your unsatisfactory experience. There were several points during the move where Redefyne believed information had been communicated to you, and it had not. It is our approach to err on the side of abundant communication, and that did not take place in this instance.Please note, as this move was being wholly paid by your insurance company and you personally had not placed any deposit with Redefyne, the customer in this case is the insurance company. Within the time between your discontinued move and your conversation with our office manager, Redefyne had, in fact, been in touch with your insurance company. Once we were asked to reschedule services with you, we offered a placeholder date, which you accepted. We returned a voicemail from you to offer you a sooner date, and you stated you no longer wished to have dealings with our company, cancelled that date, and hung up on us.Regrettably, we cannot go back in time and perform the move without incident, but now Redefyne is also not afforded the chance to perform the move at all. Again, we are deeply sorry that your move was delayed by miscommunication, and we hope to have a new chance in the future to provide you with the great service of which we are capable.
