    I dropped off two packages at the Clackamas UPS store. The two packages were dropped off at the Amazon return kiosk. Tracking #1: 1ZH932119065079890. Tracking#2: 1ZA96T699024148262 As of now, both packages have been sitting for nearly two days without movement. I went into the store yesterday when I dropped off the second package and see that the kiosk area was overflowing with packages and still hadn't been picked up which explains why my first package never showed any movement. This unacceptable, I need those items shipped back to ****** so that I can receive a refund. If those don't ship or become lost I will need a refund for the full amount of what they items were purchased for. Please advise on how you would like to resolve this issue.

    I am so sorry to hear about your situation. When it comes to amazon returns, those numbers listed on your receipt are considered reference numbers, not tracking numbers. This will explain the message you are seeing when trying to locate your returns. If you have your receipt that is enough proof for amazon to issue your refund.

    As far as the kiosk, we are very busy store and the kiosk fills up quickly and it is emptied multiple times a day. Nothing stays inside the kiosk station overnight.
